To order goods from us you must be at least 18 years of age.

When you place an order with us you will be making an offer to enter into a contract. We will acknowledge your order but we will not accept your offer, and enter into a contract with you, until we dispatch the goods to you and inform you that they have been dispatched.

In some instances Mobility Extra Ltd will contact you via telephone after an order has been placed on the site. You will be requested to confirm details of the order and answer some security questions.

This will allow the order to then be processed and dispatched promptly to you..


If you purchase an item for your personal use and you are chronically sick or disabled, are a registered charity or you are making the purchase on behalf of an individual who is chronically sick or disabled for their personal use, you may be entitled to purchase the item without having to pay VAT.

You will be required to make a declaration to confirm that the VAT exempt status applies. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and to not make a false declaration. If, at a later date, HMRC disputes the validity of the medical condition, you will be liable to pay the appropriate VAT that should have been applied.

Pricing & Descriptions

We take care to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate but occasionally there may be an error.

All prices on this website are in pounds sterling. Most prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

We try to ensure that all information and colours are correct at the time of their publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser may differ from the actual colours of products supplied. Any typographical, clerical or other error is subject to correction without any liability on our part.

Every effort has been taken to ensure that the products supplied by Mobility Extra correspond as closely as possible to the pictures illustrated on our website, but they may vary due to the unique characteristics and variation of materials.

Mobility Extra are not responsible for any such variations, including but not limited to the following:

Product colour and shade may vary from one manufacturing batch to another.

Fabric patterns are not matched unless stated on labelling.

Leather is a natural material with unique characteristics such as shade variation, random scars and blemishes.

We reserve the right to make any changes to product descriptions/specifications (internal or external) and any other changes where necessary.

 Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and we are not liable for such advice or recommendation.

Mobility Extra has business relationships with a number of third parties and some of the goods and services available on or through this website are provided by those third parties.

Each Partner has its own terms of business and privacy practices and you should check that you are satisfied with them before you agree to take any of their goods or services.


Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil an order that we are legally bound to fulfil will be limited to the price paid by you for that orde and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Payment and refunds

In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us or our payment service provider to take payment in full for the items in your order, packing, postage and delivery charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms.

 Refunds, if applicable will be issued by the same payment method as on the original order. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 5 working days after it being processed, please allow up to 14 working days for it to be credited.

Delivery of Products/Services

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
You may incur re-delivery costs if you’re not in when the courier attempts to deliver your order.

It is your responsibility to ensure clear access for delivery and installation of these items and we will not be liable for any damage caused by inadequate access.

Delivery timescales are estimates only.

If your item is being delivered using our courier delivery service please note that items will only be delivered to the building’s main access door. It is your responsibility to ensure there is clear access for delivery of your item/s and we will not be liable for delayed deliveries due to inadequate access.

Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note damaged on arrival and informing the company within 24 hours. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for any inspection.

If the delivery note is signed without the comment damaged on arrival the seller cannot be held responsible for damages. Customers may be requested to supply photos of the damage sustained in delivery & despatch.

We are unable to redirect your order once it has been processed. For these reasons, please supply us with a delivery address where you know somebody can sign for your delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.


We reserve the right to change the specification of items . We try to have sufficient stocks of goods to meet demand but occasionally, items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers.

All items sold through this website are subject to availability. If any of the items on your order are not available we will notify you and may send a substitute of similar specification.

Website availability

This website is provided free of charge and we make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of the website or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Warranties.

Force Majeure

We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.


In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
